The upcoming elections will not be the last early elections parliamentary elections for this year. This is the opinion of the leader of "Edinenie" Ivan Hristanov.
"What Mr. Borisov and Mr. Peevski have planned is to take about 130 seats in the parliament, respectively GERB, DPS and ITN to be able to govern themselves", he said in the studio of "Bulgaria ON AIR".
In his words, there will be vote buying in the upcoming elections.
"In Pleven, we are heading towards the closing of the local elections for municipal councilors. Buying votes will be very heavy. We need to get out and vote. In the previous elections, the votes in some places amounted to BGN 350. This time, because they are European and parliamentary, it is possible that they will reach BGN 350-400," says Hristanov.
According to him, the narrative that Delyan Peevski is guilty and Borisov is innocent is imposed: "So that after the elections we can make an assembly #2 with Borisov and by returning Bulgaria in 2009, it will be returned to 1997 Peevski is one of the two people who anchored Bulgaria in the Mutren years. He is not the only one," he is emphatic.
Politics does not give birth to professionals, but professionals give birth to politicians, added the leader of "Edinenie".
"That was the vacuum that came out in 2021. People wanted moral professionals to enter political life. In 2021, we were a stable team of moral and competent people. Unfortunately, they all withdrew. This is a side problem compared to the big problem - we cannot allow the laundering of Borisov to continue," Hristanov stressed.
The leader of "Edinenie" sees no opposition in parliament.
"Revival" vote on the order of Desislava Atanasova, who became a constitutional judge. We see the same from DPS and GERB. PP-DB are fighting at all costs to form a coalition with GERB. We must vote for opposition-minded parties, this is the only way to restore democracy in the parliament", he concluded.
"Sociological surveys always miss new parties", Hristanov added.
